This imposing property was completed late 2011 and throughout the build we worked closely with the clients to fulfill their individual requirements and needs. An air source heat pump was installed and the property features a hand-crafted oak balcony. It was necessary to assist with the migration of Bats and inside the property we fitted a Swedish oak staircase. The property has a value of £800,000 and was built for a private client.
